Welcome to the At Home Workout Routines website. Thanks for stopping by. If you are familiar with P90X you probably know with today being Tuesday that means a little Plyometrics! Also know as PlyoX, or jump training. As a former Marine, and someone that has competed in multi sport endurance races I always considered myself to be in pretty good physical condition. That is until I did PlyoX for the first time. I hurt for a week after that first time, and that was really the session that sold me on P90X.
If you want to get into tip top shape I would urge you to give it a try. Do not forget to start each workout with an access bar and end each workout with a protein shake.
